Make a Payment

Payment Instructions

To make a payment, please enter into the payment details form:

1. In “Name” list the name of the person or business making the payment
2. In “Payment Amount” list the amount of the payment
3. In “Invoice #” list the invoice number on the return or the name on the return

before clicking the Make Payment button. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
